In a press conference today, Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien reiterated what he has been saying for weeks now, that Jadeveon Clowney will in fact play in the team's season-opener against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday:
O'Brien: Clowney will play vs. Chiefs, doesn't know how many plays specifically, though.

O'Brien hasn't wavered much from this stance, however until you actually get to "game week" it's difficult to know what's real and what isn't.
