Although former Texans running back Arian Foster hasn't suffered a setback in his recovery from a torn Achilles tendon, the Miami Dolphins placed him on their active physically unable to perform list.
Foster remains on schedule in his rehabilitation. The Dolphins don't want to rush Foster back. He had two surgeries last year, including one to repair a torn groin muscle during training camp.
Foster signed a one-year contract with the Dolphins following a successful tryout.
His contract has a maximum value of $3.5 million, including a $400,000 signing bonus, and a base value of $1.
