Former Texans defensive tackle Amobi Okoye will announce the AFC South champions' second-round draft selection.
Okoye was the Texans' first-round pick in 2007 and was selected 10th overall out of Houston. Okoye was the youngest first-round pick in NFL history, selected when he was 19 years old.
Okoye, 28, played for the Texans through the 2010 season and was released in July 2011. He had subsequent stints with the Chicago Bears, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys.
He was released by Dallas last year after dealing with recurring seizure issues.
Okoye recorded 177 career tackles and 16 sacks, including a career-high 5 1/2 sacks as a rookie with the Texans.
