Earlier this offseason, it was announced that the Texans would retain a trio of restricted free agents, and that P.J. Hall, A.J. Moore, and Pharoah Brown would stay in Houston. Nick Caserio followed through with this report. Hall for $2.1 million, Moore for $2.1 million, and Brown for $2.2 million.
BIg Almost Play P.J. Hall is more boom than bust, and isn’t someone you want playing the majority of your snaps, but is a fine rotational defensive linemen. Moore is a third safety, who maybe able to hang on a good pass defense, but that would require him finding another level of performance.
