With the 16th pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, the Houston Texans select Kevin Johnson out of Wake Forest.
Position: Cornerback
Measurables: 6’0”, 188 lbs, 31” arm length, 8 ⅜” hands
Analysis:
Johnson started in 41 straight games for the Demon Deacons and made all-ACC teams in each of his four years at Wake Forest. He possesses natural ball skills and is excellent in both man and zone coverage, but still needs to improve in stopping the run. He is extremely tough and never missed a game in college, a big selling point to pro teams.
