Houston Rockets forward Tari Eason is one of the NBA's best wing defenders, a long-armed menace who racks up steals and blocks with regularity. Eason employed a dose of free-throw defense with his trash talk in Wednesday's 109-108 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Eason fouled Cleveland's Darius Garland on a three-point attempt with less than five seconds remaining, and the Cavaliers point guard needed to make at least two attempts from the charity stripe to tie the contest. Garland's first attempt rattled off the rim. Eason then took matters into our own hands.
