During the first half of Game 5 of the Rockets-Thunder series at the Toyota Center, Rockets owner Les Alexander got up from his seat and walked near official Bill Kennedy who was on the court.
Alexander appeared to say something to him then returned to his seat courtside.
At halftime, Alexander declined to talk about the moment during the game.
He did say he was "upset" at the time he went over to the referee.
"Upset," he said. "Really upset."
