Houston Rockets point guard Ty Lawson pleaded guilty Thursday to a drunk driving incident back on Jan. 23 in Denver, according to the Denver Post's Jordan Steffen.
Lawson was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after being pulled over for going 61 mph in a 35 mph zone. He pleaded guilty to one count of driving while ability impaired and failure to stay in a single lane, according to the Denver County Court Records cited in the report.
The Denver Nuggets traded Lawson to the Rockets on July 20, six days after he was arrested a second time for suspected drinking and driving in Los Angeles.
