Suns coach Jay Triano said the best advice he can give a young defender when it comes to guarding Rockets star James Harden is keep his hands to himself.
"If you make the mistake of putting your hand in, he's so strong with the ball and quick with the basketball," Triano said.
Triano jerked his hands to the side to demonstrate Harden's quickness, and how reaching in often results in a foul because of the defender making contact with Harden's arm instead of the ball.
"Those are the easiest points for him, if you foul him," Triano said.
