Should the ailing Houston Rockets add a veteran point guard?

Timberwolves guard Austin Rivers delivered some pointed words regarding the state of the Houston Rockets' rebuild following Minnesota's 104-96 win at the Toyota Center on Sunday night, taking aim at one notable aspect in particular.

Rivers, an 11-year NBA veteran who has played for seven franchises, criticized the Rockets for their lack of veteran presence alongside young guards Jalen Green and Kevin Porter Jr. Houston is currently the NBA's youngest roster outside of Oklahoma City, and Eric Gordon is the only player on the roster with notable playoff experience. As the Rockets' supposed year of progress hits a serious snag, Rivers highlighted one notable deficiency.
