Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni knew that he would use Nenê sparingly against the Warriors, but when the center is in the game, he's been productive.
Through four games, the Rockets are plus-18 when Nenê is playing. Headed into Game 5, he was averaging 7.8 minutes per outing this series.
D'Antoni has used his small lineup - with P.J. Tucker at center - a lot against the Warriors, but Nenê has come in for big minutes.
"To his credit, he stays ready," D'Antoni said. "He's always been ready. That is something we are careful even now. We don't want to get him too many minutes.
