The Houston Rockets' official Twitter account, which was suspended Monday, was back up and running Thursday morning, but it lost nearly a million followers in the process.
The Rockets' account, along with the accounts of several college football teams, were suspended due to previous video posts that used copyrighted music. The Rockets had more than 2.8 million Twitter followers on Monday morning. That follower count was down to 1.91 million Thursday.
For comparison, the San Antonio Spurs have 3.42 million followers on Twitter, while the Dallas Mavericks have 1.
