Rockets staffer OK after health scare at practice

NEW YORK -- A Rockets basketball staff member fell ill at practice on Monday, requiring immediate medical attention, the New York Fire Department announced in a tweet.

The Rockets confirmed that there was "a medical situation at practice with a staff member. He is stable and alert, resting comfortably at the hospital."

The team did not identify the staffer.

The FDNY announced that the individual was resuscitated.

"CPR saves lives! Shout out to #FDNY members from #Station4 - DC Dinorah Claudio, Lt David Cira & EMT Joe Siciliano who resuscitated a patient this morning after receiving a knock on their station door.
