To Rockets general manager Daryl Morey, the benefit that came with all the times he thought his former executive vice president Gersson Rosas would be leaving was that now that he has, the Rockets front office is prepared.
Morey also said on Monday, the day Rosas was introduced as the Minnesota Timberwolves president of basketball operations, that he will look to add another individual to the Rockets' front office as he redistributes Rosas' former duties.
"We've got a great bench of folks," Morey said. "One fortunate thing when Gersson probably should have been hired five years ago is we were able to build a great group of people.
