On Tuesday, the Rockets presented Chance “CJ” Smith with a one-game contract in partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Smith, 10, was diagnosed Burkitt’s Lymphoma a year ago.
“It’s big-time,” James Harden, Smith’s favorite player, said. “I’m going to shoot with him and see how great his game is, see how he can contribute to tomorrow night’s game and help us.
