Leslie Alexander usually keeps out of the national media. He owns the Houston Rockets, but rarely makes headlines of any kind. However, the 73-year-old was so displeased with a missed call during game five of the first round that he had to do something about it. He got up from his seat and made his way to referee Billy Kennedy to let him know what he thought during the last few seconds of the first quarter.
The act quickly went viral on social media, with Rockets fans lauding their teams’ owner for such a noble act. However, per multiple sources, the NBA wasn’t as amused.
