There were high expectations on Jalen Green on Saturday night, but much like the dunk contest itself, the Rockets rookie fell flat.
The high-flying Green, who entered the dunk contest as the heavy favorite to win it all, failed to make it out of the first round in the four-player field. The Knicks' Obi Toppin won the event, beating out finalist Juan Toscano-Anderson from Golden State, when he scored a 47 out of 50 on his final dunk by putting the ball between his legs in the air, then touching it off the backboard before re-directing it home for the slam.
