Rockets' Dwight Howard called out for using a Stickum spray

The Rockets were called out for Dwight Howard using a Stickum spray in the first quarter on Saturday with official Monty McCutchen replacing the game ball and ordering the Rockets to no longer use the spray.

Howard had sprayed his hands while waiting to check in, as he does routinely each game. When he got back in the game, he grabbed the ball between free throws, but when it was returned to Hawks forward Paul Millsap, Millsap immediately noticed the substance on the ball.

McCutchen gave a warning to both benches, saying "Stickum is illegal in the NBA.
