The Rockets embarked on a serious spending spree over the weekend, and on Thursday, Houston general manager Rafael Stone added one more piece to the team’s potential 2023-24 rotation.
Houston has agreed to a contract with point guard Aaron Holiday, according to The Athletic’s Kelly Iko. Holiday’s deal will reportedly pay him the league minimum on a one-year deal.
Holiday, 26, is the brother of fellow NBA guards Jrue and Justin Holiday. The youngest of the Holiday brothers averaged just 3.9 points and 13.4 minutes per game in Atlanta last season, though he’s made 39.
