Margarita Garza made her way through her home, having given the tour many times on Monday, but still struggling to believe what she was seeing.
"I can't believe this is my house," Garza said, her voice fighting through the emotions. "It looks like one of those houses you see on television. I'm so grateful, so grateful."
Garza, a single mother of three had evacuated to safety when Hurricane Harvey hit, with 30 family members squeezed into a house to ride out the storm. When she returned home, nearly everything inside its irreparably damaged walls was destroyed.
