Rockets guard Austin Rivers had made just five of 35 3-pointers in his seven games prior to Saturday and missed his first attempt from deep against the Jazz. But when he beat the buzzer with a long 3 that swished to end the first quarter, he might have started a turnaround.
He made three of six 3-pointers, scoring 16 points against the Jazz and said he had learned to not lose confidence while in a shooting slump.
"You just got to keep shooting, man," Rivers said. "The good thing is, on this team, you're going to keep getting them.
