The Rockets completed another trade for a player with a non-guaranteed contract on Thursday, acquiring forward Jarrod Uthoff from the Dallas Mavericks for cash considerations, the Mavericks announced.
Uthoff played in nine games for the Mavericks last season, averaging 4.4 points and 2.6 rebounds.
The deal was the sixth in the past two days in which the Rockets acquired a player with a non-guaranteed contract, sending two of those players to the Clippers in the deal for Chris Paul.
