Last week the season began with each of the 30 teams in the Association getting their feet wet, now in week 2 the NBA Power Rankings shift to reflect the rise of the power house teams. There are still teams struggling to establish their identities, incorporate new players and strategies and some are flailing with early injury trouble.
With that, I give you my week 2 NBA Power Rankings:

Ranking: Offensive 30th – 93.7, Defensive 27th – 106.1, Net 29th, minus -12.
