Multiple Houston Rockets were recognized for their efforts in making what was a great season for the team. While the Most Valuable Player award did not go in the favor of the Beard, it was still a successful night overall. Let’s take a look at the night the team had at the NBA Awards Show.
Unfortunately, James Harden did not have a great night as far as awards go. He lost out on two different recognitions. The first and more prestigious one, the MVP, he was the runner-up to Russell Westbrook. Secondly, he did not win the Performance of the Year after going for 53 points, 17 assists, and 16 rebounds on December 31.
