After not playing on Thursday, Rockets forward K.J. McDaniels returned to the rotation, playing a season-high 18 minutes and scoring 10 second-half points to help key the Rockets' comeback.
McDaniels has scored at least 10 points three times in his past 12 games in which he has played after not scoring more than five in any of his first 30 games with the Rockets.
"I feel like it's been up and down," McDaniels said. "I feel the more I play, the more I get into a rhythm. They gave me an opportunity to go out there and I started to do a little bit of everything I know how to do.
