Jazz misfiring, but Rockets seek to take away the open shots

SALT LAKE CITY - Though it worked, it was not the Rockets' strategy to leave the Jazz open. The Jazz just missed. And missed.

The Rockets did many things well defensively, particularly in controlling the lane, but for the second consecutive game, the Jazz got more than enough open looks from the 3-point line on Saturday.

A game after making just 6 of 26 wide open (with the nearest defender six feet or more away) 3-pointers, the Jazz made just 4 of 24 on Saturday. The Rockets might have seen every one before Sunday's practice.
