Former Rocket Isaiah Taylor has signed a two-year contract with the Atlanta Hawks, according to Shams Charania of the Vertical.
Taylor was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Rockets last season and played sparingly for Houston’s team last year. He spent most of his time improving his craft in the D-League last year with Rio Grande Valley.
He played well this summer in the Las Vegas Summer League and had a chance to make the team in camp. However, he was cut from the roster last Friday in favor of professional best friend and veteran point guard Bobby Brown.
