Injury report for Rockets, Warriors for Game 5

After a few days of uncertainty, every Rockets and Warriors player that has been available in the series was cleared to play in Wednesday's Game 5.

The Rockets' Danuel House Jr., who had been replaced in the rotation off the bench by Iman Shumpert, was listed as questionable with an inflamed right big toe, but was ruled to be available.

Warriors forward Andre Iguodala, who hyperextended his left knee late in Monday night's loss to the Rockets, was at shootaround with guard Shaun Livingston, who had a sore hip, and both were cleared before the game.

Iguodala, who was inserted into the starting lineup before Game 1, and averaged 13.
