After a deluge of weekend moves, the Rockets' roster is nearly, though not completely set. Houston will have 12 potential rotation players under contract at the conclusion of the Brooks sign-and-trade acquisition, and Houston still has a $7.7 million mid-level exception available as well as roughly $4.5 million in cap space. Houston could very well not spend the additional money and roll into the 2023-24 season with the current dozen, though per The Athletic's Kelly Iko, "Houston is still surveying the market for guard depth.
