Patrick Beverley is an unusual player. He’s only 6’1″, but he grabs rebounds like a power forward. He plays both shooting guard and point guard. The best aspect of his game is his defense. If there were a Draymond Green of guards, he’d be it. The Houston Rockets consistently depend on his intensity, and he doesn’t hesitate to bring it.
Game one of the Rockets/Thunder series was arguably the best game Pat’s played in his NBA career. He forced Russell Westbrook to shoot abysmally, hounding him all the way up and down the floor.
