Houston Rockets Gave Up 26-Point Lead in Loss to Celtics

After losing a close Christmas day loss to the Oklahoma Thunder, the Houston Rockets (25-8) dropped their fourth straight game, this time to the Boston Celtics (29-10) 99-98, Thursday, at TD Garden in Boston. Despite holding a 26-point lead, it was a tale of two halves as the Rockets came up short in an embarrassing loss.

Despite the ugliness in the final four seconds, the Rockets played some of their best basketball of the season during the first 24 minutes. Houston opened the game on a 12-0 run and annihilated the Celtics firing on all cylinders.
