The Rockets' three-team trade sending Donatas Motiejunas and Marcus Thornton to the Pistons while receiving a first round draft pick has been voided by Detroit, because D-Mo was unable to pass a physical, Yahoo! Sports' The Vertical reports.
All of this is basically bad news, and I say this as the guy who grew to love Donuts more than most other Rockets over the course of last season. On top of what is now sure to be just an awkward situation in Houston's already troubled locker room, the Rockets

- Welcome back a player who was rejected from a team that gave up a first-round pick for him because his health was deemed too risky
