The Houston Rockets have rescinded their latest contract offer to restricted free agent Donatas Motiejunas, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.
Stein offered more details on the situation:
Motiejunas will remain a Rockets restricted free agent if he signs abroad and NBA teams with cap space can still extend him an offer sheet.
