It’s been 18 months since James Harden forced the Rockets' hand and pushed himself out of Houston. Since then, he’s been booed at Toyota Center when he’s returned, but that hasn’t changed his feelings about the city where he played the best eight seasons of his career.
In a cover story for Haute Time, published Thursday, Harden said Houston always will be his home.
“My family is here — my mom, my sister, my brother — so this is the place I would call home,” Harden said of Houston.
