It's difficult envisioning the Rockets ever winning another game. At least that was my thought after the Rockets lost a very winnable game to a comparable opponent in the Thunder 101-89 on Wednesday night. The 1-14 Rockets have now lost 13 straight games with their lone win coming against this same Thunder team in what feels like a very distant memory.
This game was characterized entirely by the narratives surrounding lineup changes, one anticipated before the game and another entirely unexpected and probably the biggest story at the end of the day.
Heading into the matchup, coach Stephen Silas had been alluding to a lineup change, leading to much speculation among observers.
