MIAMI - Rockets guard Chris Paul limped off the floor Thursday in Miami after grabbing for his left hamstring, a reminder of the injury that ended his season after Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.
Paul had missed three games this season, but that injury was a sore left leg.
The Rockets, who brought a five-game winning streak to the second game of a back-to-back, led by as much as 16 in the first quarter on Thursday and held an eight-point lead when Paul went out with 6:43 left in the first half.
