Carmelo Anthony made his first start with the Rockets, moving into the starting lineup at small forward as the Rockets looked for replacements with two starters – James Harden and James Ennis III – out with injuries and searched for solutions to their slow start.
Anthony said starting would come naturally, having never come off the bench in his first 16 NBA seasons. But he said the adjustment to his role with the Rockets is an ongoing process.
"Every game is a little different," Anthony said. "Every situation is a little different. I think you just go into the game open-minded and see what comes.
