The Houston Rockets' playoff hopes are quickly evaporating after a 3-9 mark in February. Houston's frustration boiled over Thursday night as it closed the month with a 110-105 loss at the Phoenix Suns.
Houston rookie Cam Whitmore was the first member of the young Rockets to lose his cool against the Western Conference contender. Phoenix guard Devin Booker engaged Whitmore in some trash talk after hitting his sixth three of the night midway through the fourth quarter, and as the two crossed midcourt, Whitmore had enough. He shoved Booker before the two became entangled, and Whitmore was subsequently held back by Rockets assistant coach Royal Ivey and team security member Rodrick Kelly (a man I'm convinced could hold back Shaq if needed).
