Rockets guard Austin Rivers returned to the Rockets' rotation on Tuesday after missing Sun-day's Game 1, five pounds lighter but unconcerned that his stomach flu would impact his play.
"At this point it's not an issue at all," Rivers said. "You're in the gym every other day, hoop year round. A day in a half is not going to be an issue. I'm 26-years-old. I can go a week without play-ing and be all right."
Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni said "game will dictate" any playing time limits for Rivers, but that he did not go into the game planning to change Rivers' typical role.
