Bruce Arena is passing his second test as coach of the U.S. national team with flying colors. If the Americans win again this week, Arena will get a gold star for a perfect score on his mid-term report card.
The U.S. will face Jamaica in the CONCACAF Gold Cup final Wednesday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. The U.S. could lift the trophy for the sixth time.
It would be a nice exclamation point for the first eight months of Arena's second tenure as national team boss. He has not lost a competitive game since World Cup Qualifying picked up in March.
