If Sarah Hagen ever again changes NWSL teams she likely will have one request – that her new team is nowhere the potential path of a hurricane.
Hagen, in her first season with the Dash, rode out Hurricane Harvey like a pro this week because she was doing it for a second-straight season.
Last year Hagen played for the Orlando Pride when Hurricane Matthew, the first Category 5 storm in the Atlantic since 2007. It killed 603 people, including 47 in the United States.
Death numbers for Harvey are not likely to go that high, but that doesn't mean Texans did not majorly suffer in the storm that produced 52 inches of rain in three days.
