The Houston Dynamo picked up their first-ever win over New York City FC in a 3-1 home win last Friday at BBVA Compass Stadium. The result extended their current unbeaten streak to four game, their best stretch of 2018, as the team continues to build consistency heading into the end of May.
Here are three things we learned:
1. Heating up
The temperature continues to rise in Houston as the calendar rolls closer to summer but that’s not the only thing that’s hot about H-Town these days. The Dynamo offense has picked up steam by scoring in seven consecutive matches, going 4-1-2 in that stretch, and picking up back-to-back wins for the first time this season.
