Jamaica and El Salvador will remain as the co-leaders of Group C after a tight defensive match resulted in a 0-0 draw at BBVA Stadium in the first game of a group doubleheader on Friday.
"I hope in the next match our team will be better. Now we have an idea how I want my team to play and they have confidence because in the last games we've gotten wins and ties," El Salvador coach Carlos de los Cobos said.
"Jamaica was a very, very difficult team that's why I think 0-0 is good for us."
After each side combined to score four goals through the first pair of Group C matches, they'll both depart Friday's game with four points.
