Another week of local soccer is in the books for the Houston area. We saw a young new club bouncing back and winning their home opener, then we saw three heart breakers.

Our focus this week is on Houston FC of the USL PDL. The club kicked off their inaugural season on the road in Oklahoma City to take on the OKC Energy U23 this past Saturday. The match started well with Houston netting two goals early from Frederico Mattioli in the 25’ and Thomas Menke in the 31’.
