The Houston Dynamo managed to lose to Real Salt Lake in what is becoming typical Dynamo fashion. Houston was the first to score but then turned around and gave up multiple goals. Houston was called for 17 fouls and issues two yellow cards while RSL was called for just seven fouls all game.
This started off controversial with DaMarcus Beasley getting a yellow card in the third minute. Beasley went down as he played through the ball and the incoming Jordan Allen gotten taken down.
The head official continued to show through out the match his inexperience, this was only his second MLS game, as he let many fouls go uncalled and over punished on others.
