It’s that time of year again as the first two rounds of the 2019 MLS SuperDraft have now been completed. The Houston Dynamo held the 8th overall pick and were able to acquire the 33rd overall pick in a trade with D.C. United. In the trade the Dynamo exchanged a player to be named later to D.C. for the second round pick.
At Dynamo Theory we projected the club to pick up forward Griffin Dorsey of Indiana University, but he was selected by Toronto FC two picks ahead of the Dynamo.
