The Houston Dynamo will loan defender Sam Junqua to Rio Grande Valley FC for Saturday’s home match against OKC Energy FC, the club announced today.
Junqua was one of five Dynamo players loaned to RGV FC last Saturday as the Toros tallied their first clean sheet of the season in a 0-0 draw with New Mexico United. The rookie defender has made three appearances for the Toros this season, playing all 90 minutes in each.
Saturday’s match will be streamed live on ESPN+ beginning at 7:30 p.m. CT and tickets are still available for the match.
