The Houston Dynamo announced last week that they had signed Argentine midfielder Matías Vera on a full transfer from club San Lorenzo utilizing Target Allocation Money. Vera will officially become a Dynamo following the receipt of his International Transfer Certificate, P-1 Visa, and a medical.
Vera comes with over 100 appearances in Argentina and Chile.
