The Houston Dash have signed Australian forward Kyah Simon, the club announced today.
Simon, 26, spent the winter playing in her home countrywith Melbourne City FC where she scored two goals in 14 appearances and won the 2018 W-League Grand Final with Melbourne City FC on Feb. 18.
Prior to joining Melbourne, Simon spent one season with the Boston Breakers in the NWSL where she scored three goals in 23 appearances during the 2016 season. Boston retained Simon’s rights after shereturned to Australia in 2017. The 26-year-old was selected by Houston with the sixth pick in the NWSL Dispersal Draft on Jan.
