The first two weeks of preseason for the Houston Dynamo coincided with the start of preseason for the team’s hybrid USL affiliate, the RGV FC Toros. Players from RGV got a closer look at how the first team prepares for the upcoming season, while Dynamo coaches had the opportunity to see up-and-coming players in a new environment. The teams faced off in a pair of scrimmages to help prepare for the start of the season, including a chance to play under the lights at BBVA Compass Stadium during the Dynamo’s annual Open Practice.
